A yearly visit for a furnace that works, before the cold weather asks it to work hard. Visits run on weekdays, and the earliest one is two hours after you book.

For a furnace that has stopped keeping the house warm. If it is below 5°C outside, tell us: no heat in that cold is an emergency here and goes to the owner straight away.

What counts as an emergency

No heat when it is below 5°C, no cooling above 30°C, a gas smell, water coming from the furnace, or a carbon monoxide alarm. For gas or carbon monoxide, leave the building and call 911 from outside first.
